Incredibly easy to set-up and continue to manage. I bought my first outlet timer due to an extensive travel schedule and have ordered 2 more. Im no cyber-wizard but We-Mo has been so simple to use, Im automating my mornings on a regular basis. Love it!

I really like my WeMo switch. I only rated it 4 star because Ive only got one and dont yet know how it all integrates with multiple!

Costly and limited, though kinda cool turning lights off and on with a phone. Im sure theres even some way to argue a fraction of security value since you can turn lights off and on remotely. Frustrating there are other limitations. I gave-up a dimmable light for a light I can turn off and on with my phone. Seems like such a low bar...dimming! Were more amused than impressed. I suspect these products will be obsolete very shortly, especially with costs so steep. There is soooo much room for competition. Hold-off a couple more months and many better options will emerge. Or, do more research and consider other options.

Ive been a Belkin fan since all they made were cables and power strips because they took the time to make even the simplest things the best available. They should learn from Apple, however, when it comes to usability in more complex devices like these. They require much more of the user than is even remotely necessary but the result is worthwhile for the users willing to go through their opaque learning curve. I think theyll continue to get good reviews from techno geeks like me and bad reviews from normal folk but they should really consider reaching out to everyone the way Apple does.

Flip a coin...heads it will work, tails it wont!! This new update messed everything up on my phone and my wifes. Still says downloading 24hrs later!! Uninstall / reinstall didnt work, restart phone didnt work either. I really would love to know why your app is so bad and barely serves us any purpose!!!! You guys really need to wake up and fix your products before you lose what customer base you have left!!!! Brian Biggs

I purchased 6 "smart" switches. Completely worthless. The app is beyond unreliable! On any given day 2 to 4 will work with the app while the remaining rooms are "hidden". I have a little more success with Alexa (which says a lot for this app) but still at best the switches work 70% of the time using Alexa. So in essence if you want lights you can not access, use the WEMO switch (both light and plug in) And the useless WEMO app to go along with your lights so you have something to illuminate the room as you sit in the dark.

This works great no need to update. Very easy to set up ! Love it !

Finally a consistently working App with my connected WEMO devices. I have 8 WEMO devices, a combination of outlets, wall switches and a WEMO Maker switch connected to my natural gas fired fireplace. They now stay connected, i.e., no more seeing the dreaded not connected faded-out switch in the App. Recent firmware updates has assured they all work flawlessly. I now have three Amazon Echoes in my home and the WEMO devices operate flawlessly via voice commands. I appreciate Belkin continuing to improve this product.

Great switch. Remembers time zone and adjusts accordingly.

Had problem with installing the two light. And everytime I want to change a sitting on them. It goes away. Really not advisable to buy. You can always go with @Lifx. Amazing wifi light light perfect interaction.

I would not own any other, this is great and low price for camera and extra. And no monthly fee unless you want it at $9.99 a month I only do it for 1 month each year when I go on vacation. That what nice about this if your going to be gone a lot for that price it will record all activity. If your going to be home each day dont get it. You do it a month at a time when you want. I installed my camera blue toothed it to my high speed internet in 5 min. Got the free app and in all 10 min I was up and running. Now I purchased the plug in so I can turn my lights on when Im gone or when my husband go to sleep and leaves them on while Im working nights. Great. Thanks for coming up with such a great NetCam.

80% of time it goes offline esp the sensors. Forget about firmware updates it makes it less reliable. I would rather just stand up and turn the switch by myself then go through the hassle of Belkin sensors and sockets / switches. Waste of money! Got a set of 5 but not worth it -

Overall,a very good App.

The app inexplicably cant find my devices about a third of the time. And theres an entire screen of options for things like setting up schedules that simply doesnt work (all the options are faded out and non responsive). When trying to set up remote access, the app presents a message saying that it cant set up remote access right now, but if I click through some menus that, as far as I can tell, dont exist, then that will fix the problem. Even device setup was buggy, and I had to delete and reinstall the app. But the devices DID ultimately get set up, and now they work with my Amazon Echo, which is all I really need anyway. Set your expectations low.

I have several network devices in my home and to say WeMo is horrible is nothing short of a complement to this underperforming product. The system is constantly down while all of my other network devices are running at 100%. To suggest that this product is a solution for networked lighting and receptacle control is only wishful thinking. If you want reliability consider hiring a trained monkey.

Im hoping /planning for HomeKit integration with WeMo. Until then, this is a very responsive app; just wish there were more programable options.

I bought 6 wemos switches and only 3 of them only work in the same room and the other 3 work great from anywhere.. its very frustrating!!! When I bought them they all worked great, then I updated the new app and now only 3 wemos work.. I am assuming they have not worked out all the bugs with the software yet... anyway Im going to try a different brand..

Software update most amateur of history, if you are remote from your devices, other cities or country, my case, you will lost contact with your devices, unbelievable amateurism....do not buy if you need to control more than one switch in different networks...
